Who we are

CaféTerias, INC. is an approved food service management company by the Bureau of Child Nutrition in the State of New Jersey. Cafe'Terias has been successfully serving breakfast and lunch in both Ocean and Monmouth counties since 1991. We focus solely on child nutrition programs and specialize in helping school districts upgrade their food quality and program image. CaféTerias is a privately owned management company with a hands-on management style. This is the only way to ensure nutrition guidelines are being implemented correctly. Without a dedicated staff, policies and procedures are usually observed in theory rather than in fact. Our biggest successes have been in those districts where both administrative and parental support has motivated the need for change.

All school lunch programs are customized to meet the specific needs of your school. CaféTerias works directly for You. Community out reach plays a big factor in the "CaféTeria Concept".
